Nolas Ark is a supported living provision aimed at supporting young people aged 16 years and above who may have asylum seeker status or have been diagnosed with mild to moderate learning disabilities such as ADHAD and Autism. Our primary goal is to provide a service which helps and enables the individuals who stay with us to adapt and self-manage when facing physical, mental or social changes.
Through a range of trusted care and support services, we work with service users, families and professionals to ensure each individual who stays with us can obtain the right support through a detailed care plan. From daily living tasks and skills to more complex matters. Our trusted staff teams work with the service user and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcome for each individual before making the transition to independent living where possible.
